Shipping Policy
1. Processing & Production Time
We offer different product types, and processing times vary accordingly:

Made-to-Order Products:
These items are produced specifically for each customer. Production requires 5–7 business days before dispatch. In the event of delays arising from material availability, seasonal demand, or other unforeseen circumstances, The Charmé Edit will inform the customer and provide an updated estimated dispatch date. -
DIY Kits & Ready-Made Phone Chains:
These items do not require custom production and are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.
2. Shipping & Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Estimated delivery times:

United Kingdom: 2–3 business days

European Union: 3–5 business days

Rest of World: 6–7 business days
Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.

United Kingdom: Free shipping applies to orders of £45 or more.
4. International Duties & Taxes
We cover U.S. customs duties, so customers won’t need to pay any extra fees upon delivery.
Other international customers (outside UK & US) are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees required by their country.
If such charges are refused or unpaid, resulting in the parcel being returned to us, the following applies:

Made-to-Order / Customised Products:
These products are produced specifically for the customer and are therefore non-refundable.
If re-shipment is requested, a new shipping fee must be paid prior to dispatch. -
Non-Custom Products (if applicable):
A refund may be issued only once the product is returned to us in its original, unused condition.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If re-shipment is preferred instead of a refund, a new shipping fee is payable prior to dispatch.
5. Risk of Loss or Damage
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order has been dispatched from The Charmé Edit’s premises.
The Charmé Edit is not liable for courier delays, handling issues, missed or failed delivery attempts, or any loss or damage occurring after dispatch.
Where the customer instructs the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, this is done entirely at the customer’s risk.
6. Returned Parcels
If an order is returned to us as a result of an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect, or refusal/unpaid duties, the following applies:

Made-to-Order products are not eligible for a refund under any such circumstances.

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping fee again for re-delivery.
