1. Processing & Production Time
We offer different product types, and processing times vary accordingly:

Made-to-Order Products:
These items are produced specifically for each customer. Production requires 4-6 business days before dispatch. In the event of delays arising from material availability, seasonal demand, or other unforeseen circumstances, The Charmé Edit will inform the customer and provide an updated estimated dispatch date. -
DIY Kits & Ready-Made Phone Chains:
These items do not require custom production and are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days.
2. Shipping & Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Estimated delivery times:

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.

United Kingdom: Free shipping applies to orders of £45 or more. Shipping from £2.91

United States: $10.99, all taxes and custom duty covered (free shipping over $100)

Germany: €6.99, all taxes and custom duty covered (free shipping over €100)

Other EU countries: €9.99

Australia: AU$15.99, all taxes and custom duty covered (free shipping over AU$150)

Canada: CA$16.99

Rest of the world: Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will know the shipping price in the checkout section
4. International Duties & Taxes
We cover all duties and tariffs for all US, Germany, and Australian orders
Other international customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees required by their country.
If such charges are refused or unpaid, resulting in the parcel being returned to us, the following applies:

These products are non-refundable

If re-shipment is requested, a new shipping fee must be paid by the customer prior to dispatch

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
5. Risk of Loss or Damage
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order has been dispatched from The Charmé Edit’s premises.
The Charmé Edit is not liable for courier delays, handling issues, missed or failed delivery attempts, or any loss or damage occurring after dispatch.
Where the customer instructs the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, this is done entirely at the customer’s risk.
If you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist. Please note that we have a strict policy requiring customers to notify us within 30 days of dispatch. Unfortunately, we are unable to investigate or raise claims for parcels reported after this period.
6. Returned Parcels
If an order is returned to us as a result of an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect, or refusal/unpaid duties, the following applies:

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping fee again for re-delivery.
