Our Tennis Bag and Travel Bag already come finished with their own patch design, and both give you the option to swap out the letters stitched onto the bag for your own. Here's exactly how it works and what to expect.

Which Totes Support Custom Letters

Right now, custom letters are available on the Tennis Bag and the Travel Bag, both £48. Each one already comes with its own set of letters as part of the standard design, the custom letters option simply lets you replace them with your own initials or a short word instead.

How to Add Your Letters

On the product page, you'll find an optional "Custom letters" field just above the Add to Cart button. Leave it blank and your bag arrives exactly as shown, with its original lettering. Fill it in only if you'd like to swap those letters for your own, we recommend keeping it short, two or three characters tends to look best on the bag's scale.

Production and Timing

Because custom letters are made to order, please allow 2 to 5 working days for production before your bag is dispatched, the same timeframe as our other set designs and customised bags. Once a bag with custom letters has gone into production, it can't be returned or exchanged, so it's worth double-checking your spelling before placing the order.

Choosing Your Colour

Both bags are available in Cream White, Olive Green and Deep Navy, so you can match the base colour to the letters you're adding, a soft cream base tends to make the lettering stand out clearly, while Deep Navy gives a more subtle, contrasted finish.

Your bag ships with its original lettering as shown on the product photos, nothing changes if you leave it blank.

How many letters can I add?

There's no strict limit, but we recommend keeping it to two or three characters so it sits well on the bag.

Custom letters are currently only available on the Tennis Bag and Travel Bag.
