Why There's No Fixed Price

Every private event is genuinely custom, not a set package with add-ons bolted on. Two groups of the same size can end up with different quotes depending on which activity they choose, whether we're hosting at our Canary Wharf space or travelling to a venue, and how far that venue is. A fixed headline price would either overcharge smaller, simpler bookings or undercharge larger ones travelling further, so we quote each request individually once we know the details rather than publishing one number that wouldn't actually apply to most groups.

What Affects Your Quote

Three things drive the price: how many guests are attending, which activity you choose (DIY charm phone case making or DIY charm photo frame making, or a mix of both), and where the event takes place. Hosting at our Canary Wharf location keeps things simplest, while travelling to your own venue adds a fee based on distance. Larger groups naturally cost more in total since more materials and charms are needed, but the per-guest cost tends to even out across most group sizes.

What's Included in Every Quote

Every quote covers the phone case or photo frame base, your choice of charms from our charms collection, all materials and tools, full setup, and hosting and guidance throughout the session. Light snacks and hot drinks are included as standard, and we accommodate allergies or dietary requirements if you let us know when booking. There's nothing added on top once your quote is confirmed, the number you're given is the number you pay.

How to Get a Quote

We ask for a minimum of 4 guests, and ideally 7 to 14 days' notice so we can confirm availability and prepare materials.
