A plain tote with no customisation is quicker, dispatched within 2 to 3 working days.

Once dispatched, shipping adds: UK 2-3 business days, EU 3-5 business days, USA and Canada 6-8 business days, and rest of world 6-8 business days.

Adding production and shipping together, a personalised UK order can take roughly a week to 10 days from order to delivery in a normal week, longer for international orders, and things naturally get busier the closer it gets to Christmas.
