Make something together. A hosted charm workshop gives the afternoon a centrepiece, with no planning needed.
Swap the Secret Santa. Draw names, then make a photo frame for your person. There's a full idea below.

How does a Friendsmas workshop work?
We arrive before your guests, set up the charm trays and tools, and guide everyone through the session. You don't need to buy or prepare anything for the activity, so the host gets to join in. All you need is a table and chairs. Light snacks and hot drinks are included, and at home you can serve your own Friendsmas food around the session.

The Secret Santa frame swap
Here's a twist on the usual gift exchange. Draw names as you normally would, but instead of buying something, everyone decorates a 4 × 6 inch charm photo frame for their person. At the end, swap frames and tell the story behind your charm choices. Add a favourite photo of the two of you when you get home.

Where should you host it?
At home: the classic Friendsmas. We travel to you, with a travel fee based on distance.
Canary Wharf: our workshop space fits up to 12 and leaves no washing up.
A hired room: a private dining room or venue works too, as long as there's a long table.
Prefer to run it yourselves?
Our DIY Party Kit is a bundle of kits for 6 or more guests, so you can host the activity at home. Each kit takes 15 to 30 minutes to make. Order in good time so it arrives before your Friendsmas.
Timing it for December
Weekends before Christmas go first. We ask for 10 to 21 days' notice so we can order a case for each guest's phone, so pick your date and gather everyone's phone models early. A January catch-up works just as well if your group can't find a date in December.
