Where are the products crafted?

Each case is handmade in the UK, with charms and materials ethically sourced from around the world.
How long does it take before my order ships?

For made-to-order cases: Every case is made with love (and a little patience!). We start creating once you place your order. The cream gel needs time to set properly, so please allow up to 5-7 working days for us to work our magic before it’s ready to ship.

For DIY kits, they’re quicker to prepare. Your kit will be on its way within 2-3 working days.
When will I get my order?

We’ll ship your order promptly. Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Estimated delivery times:

  • UK: 2-3 business days
  • EU: 3-5 business days
  • Rest of the world: 6-7 business days

USA, Germany, France, and Spain all taxes and custom duty covered.

For other international Customers (outside the UK & US) are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees applicable in their country. If such charges are refused or unpaid, resulting in a return to us, reshipment will only be made once additional shipping costs are covered.
What is the return policy?

Since each case is handmade just for you, we can’t accept returns or swaps once production has started. Your case is truly one of a kind and can’t be resold.
